| Description |
The Mouse Neutrophil Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate neutrophils from dissociated cell suspensions of bone marrow or other tissues by negative selection. Unwanted cells are removed with biotinylated antibodies directed against non-neutrophils. The labeled cells are then recognized by a quaternary antibody complex against biotin and dextran. These cells are bound to magnetic particles and separated with a magnet without the use of a column. The desired cells are poured into a new test tube. |
