| Description |
The Mouse MDSC (CD11b+Gr1+) Isolation Kit is designed to isolate CD11b+Gr1+ bone marrow-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) from dissociated cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by negative selection. Unwanted cells are removed with biotinylated antibodies against non-MDSCs and streptavidin-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated with a magnet without the use of a column. The desired cells are poured into a new test tube. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell sorting, and cell culture. |
