The Mouse NK Cell Isolation Kit targets non-NK cells, labels unwanted cells with biotinylated antibodies and magnetic particles, and performs column-free cell separation using a magnet. The desired cells are simply poured into a new test tube. Isolated cells can be immediately used for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based assays. |
