| Description |
The Human Pan-CD25 Positive Selection and Depletion Kit is designed to deplete CD25+ cells from fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells or lysed white blood cell samples. CD25+ cells are targeted by a quaternary antibody complex recognizing CD25 and magnetic particles coated with dextran. Labeled cells are separated with a magnet without the use of a column. Labeled cells are left in the tubes, while unlabeled cells are poured off. CD25 antigen is expressed on regulatory T cells, as well as activated T and B cells. |
