| Description |
The Mouse CD25 Regulatory T Cell Positive Selection Kit is designed for the isolation of highly purified CD25+ cells from dissociated cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by positive selection. The kit targets CD25 regulatory T cells by positive selection with a PE-labeled antibody against a CD25 surface marker. The desired cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles. Cells are separated column-free with a magnet. Unwanted cells are simply poured out, while the desired cells are left in the tubes. |
