| Description |
The HLA T Cell Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate T cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with a quaternary antibody complex recognizing non-T cells and magnetic particles coated with dextran. Labeled cells are separated with a magnet without the use of a column. The desired cells are poured into a new tube and prepared for serological or flow cytometry cross-matching assays. |
