| Description |
The Human ILC2 Enrichment Kit is designed to enrich group 2 innate lymphocytes (ILC2s) from leukemia products by immunomagnetic negative selection. Unwanted cells are removed by quaternary antibody complexes directed against non-ILC2s and magnetic particles coated with dextran. Labeled cells were separated using a magnet without the use of a column. Unwanted cells are left in the tube and wanted cells are simply poured into a new tube. Isolated target cells are available for use immediately in downstream applications, such as flow cytometry and cell sorting. |
