The Non-Human Primate B Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate unexposed and highly pure B cells from fresh or previously frozen non-human primate peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic negative selection. The separated cells can be immediately used for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction. This kit has been validated for use in rhesus and cynomolgus macaques. |
