The Rat T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate T cells from dissociated cell suspensions of splenocytes or lymph nodes or from whole blood by negative selection. The magnetically labeled cells are separated from untouched desired cells by using a magnet and simply pouring or transferring the desired cells into a new tube. |
