| Description |
The Human γ/δ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate γ/δ T cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative selection. Unwanted cells are removed with a tetrameric antibody complex recognizing non-γ/δ T cells and a dextran-coated magnetic particle. The labeled cells are separated using magnets without the use of a column. The desired cells are poured into a new test tube. |
