| Description |
The product is designed to enrich groups 1, 2, and 3 innate lymphocytes (ILC1, ILC2, and ILC3s) from dissociated cell suspensions of mouse tissues by negative selection. Unwanted cells are removed with biotinylated antibodies against non-ILCs and streptavidin-coated magnetic particles. Use magnets to separate the labeled cells without using a column. Unwanted cells are left in the tube and wanted cells are simply poured into a new tube. Separated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry and cell sorting. |
