The Mouse Monocyte Isolation Kit targets non-monocytes labels unwanted cells with antibodies and magnetic particles and performs column-free separation using a magnet. The desired cells are simply poured into a new test tube. Isolated cells can be immediately used for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based assays. |
