| Description |
The Mouse Pan-DC Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate pan-dendritic cells (DCs) from dissociated cell suspensions of spleen cells or other tissues by negative selection. Unwanted cells are removed with biotinylated antibodies against non-pan-DCs and quaternary antibody complexes recognizing biotin, as well as dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated with a magnet without the use of a column. The desired cells are poured into a new test tube. |
