Description | Single Cell Full Length mRNA Amplification Kit can synthesize cDNA using 1-500 cells or 10 pg-10 ng of total RNA as template and Oligo(dT) VN Primer as reverse transcription primer, and use the Template-switching activity of Reverse Transcriptase Sc The cDNA was synthesized using Oligo(dT) VN Primer as the reverse transcription primer, and the reverse transcriptase Sc Reverse-switching activity was used to add a splice sequence at the 3' end of the cDNA, through which subsequent PCR amplification was performed to obtain the full-length cDNA amplification product. The full-length cDNA amplification product can be sequenced and analyzed to obtain gene expression differences, variable splicing, fusion genes and other genetic regulatory information. |
