The Human ILC2 Isolation Kit is designed to isolate group 2 innate lymphocytes (ILC2s) from leukemia products by immunomagnetic positive selection without the use of a flow sorter. After the isolation of cells with this kit, antibody complexes remain bound to the cell surface and may interact with polyethylene glycol-modified proteins or other chemically relevant ligands. |
