| Description |
The HDAC assay kit is a simple and sensitive method for determining HDAC activity in samples (e.g., disease vs. normal, HDACi drug screening, purified HDAC enzymes). This assay utilizes a short peptide substrate containing an acetylated lysine residue. Once this residue is deacetylated, the lysine residue interacts with the developer to generate a signal. The kit also includes a positive control HeLa nuclear extract, a deacetylated HDAC assay standard, HDAC peptide substrate and Trichostatin A as a model inhibitor. Our 96-well plate format is available in both colorimetric and fluorometric formats to meet your needs. |
