| Description |
The kit provides everything needed to study activated AP-1, including a positive control extract. The kit provides specific antibodies against c-Fos, FosB, JunD or the activated form of phosphorylated c-Jun. There is also a family of kits that can simultaneously screen members of the AP-1 family (c-Fos, FosB, Fra-1, c-Jun, JunB & JunD) independently. antibodies to Fra-1 and JunB can be used in human extracts, while antibodies to c-Fos, FosB and JunD can be used in human, mouse and rat extracts. Phosphorylation of c-Jun at Ser73 and JunD at Ser100 can be detected in human and mouse extracts as this site is conserved between c-Jun and JunD. |
