| Description |
The Direct HLA Crossmatch B Cell Isolation Kit can be used to isolate highly purified B cells directly from human whole blood, spleen, or lymph nodes by immunomagnetic negative selection. The cell isolation kit targets non-B cells for removal by recognizing antibodies to specific surface markers. The desired cells are simply collected into a new tube and are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry cross-matching. |
