We are looking for sales managers who can positively drive the sales of research services in immunomics-related research, including genomics, epigenome, transcriptomics, proteomics of immune system.
Candidates with no work experience are welcomed.
Responsibilities
Drive the sales of immunomics research services.
Measure sales force productivity and ensure effective implementation of established strategies.
Identify, nurture, and act on opportunities with both new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.
Troubleshoot and remove issues hindering the implementation of sales operations initiatives.
Effectively coordinate sales operations activities with other functions including service, consulting, and market analysis, as appropriate.
Collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources.
Operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a focused and customer-centric attitude.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in immunology, cellular biology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
Knowledgeable in immunomics research.
With great potential for success in the sales of immunomics analysis services.
Demonstrated strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and outstanding negotiation skills.
With excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, written, and other communication skills.
