The Mouse BCR IgG H/K/L Assay Kit pairs 5'RACE with NGS technology to provide a sensitive, accurate and optimized method for BCR analysis. 5'-RACE methods reduce variability and allow priming from a constant region of the BCR heavy or light strand. The kit combines these advantages with gene-specific amplification to capture the complete V(D)J variable region of the BCR transcript and provides a highly sensitive and reproducible method to analyze B-cell complexes. |
